Important info regarding pricing
- All published prices are subject to change according to price fluctuations
in the gold market.
- We strive to keep all prices up to date; however, a small number of items
might be priced incorrectly.
- When processing your order, if we find the correct price
is lower than our published price, the lower amount will be charged. If the correct
price is higher than our pusblished price, we'll usually charge the published
price and ship your order. In rare occasions, we might not be able to supply
an item at the published price. In this case, we will contact you for instructions.
What do the abbreviations I see in the descriptions of some items mean?

What size is 'X' ring?
Most rings are available in several sizes. We are still working on updating
our website. As we have not finished adding full descriptions to all items
yet, if you encounter a ring with no size indicated, or if you have any other
questions, please contact
us to find out what sizes are available for that
ring or to get answers to any other questions you might have.
Do you offer discounts?

Is there a minimum amount required to buy from you?
No, there's no minimum order required. However, a $1.50 low order fee will
be applied to orders less than $20.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is based on actual shipping weight and destination and starts as low
as $2. View your cart and use the 'estimate shipping' button to see actual
shipping charges for items in your cart. FREE shipping is also available
for domestic orders.
What type of payments do you accept?
Fast checkout with GoogleCheckout. All major credit cards accepted.
We also accept checks/money orders through the mail.
I was browsing your catalogs, however I cannot find
' X' item(s) in your store, where can I find it?
Our website is under constant contruction and we're adding all the items as fast
as we can. Please contact
us if you would like to buy or need more info on items
in our catalogs not listed in our store.
Are the earrings sold in pairs?
Yes, unless stated otherwise all earings are sold by the pair.
Do you engrave items?
Yes, we do offer engraving service in several styles. Please email us for more
details.
Are your stones genuine?
Our stones are genuine unless otherwise noted.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom. We are a web/catalog based company.
Do you charge sales tax?
Unless you provide a valid California re-sales certificate, sales tax will
be added to orders shipping to California only.
